The Product Return Policy described below applies to the purchases made (distance) of all products through the website www.noesis-eshop.gr from the online store of the Company under the name “NOESIS COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT SOLE SHAREHOLDER at the 6th km of Thessaloniki – Thermi (NOESIS Building – PC 57001) of the Municipality of Thermi Thessaloniki (Tax Identification Number 800795297 – No. GEMI 141164104000).<\/p>\n

01. Product return.<\/h3>\n

  1. Due to external – aesthetic defects.<\/strong> Upon receipt of the product, the customer is obliged to unpack it and check it, to confirm the absence of external – aesthetic defects. In case there are such, he is entitled to refuse the receipt of the item and return it to the Company, otherwise to announce the existence of aesthetic defects within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the item, while in case of expiration of this deadline he loses any relevant right and it is considered that the aesthetic defect was caused after delivery. The Company is obliged in a short time to replace this product with another, without the external defect. In case of unconditional receipt of the item, it is considered that it was delivered in excellent external condition without aesthetic defects. The above does not apply to sales of products from the physical store, when the product is delivered to the physical store, whereupon the product is opened and checked upon delivery by the customer.<\/li>\n
  2. Due to incorrect delivery.<\/strong> In cases where other than the sold products are delivered, by type or quantity or their quality agreed with the Company is missing, the customer returns them for inspection and ascertainment of the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the Company, as well as the costs of return to the customer are borne by the Company, as long as the method of return proposed by the Company is observed.<\/li>\n
  3. Due to a defect existing during delivery of the product.<\/strong> In case a product is found upon delivery to the customer that it is defective, its return can be made either by the customer himself to the physical store maintained by the Company (at the 6th km of Thessaloniki – Thermi, NOISIS Building – PC 57001, of the Municipality of Thermi Thessaloniki), in which case no return costs are due or recognized, either by sending the product at the expense of the Company, provided that it is returned by means of its absolute choice and after consultation of the customer with the electronic staff Company branch. The return of the products, which were defective during the delivery, will be accepted within ten (10) calendar days from the delivery to the customer. Delay in returning the product by the customer is not justified and the right of replacement under this term is excluded, unless the return of the product was prevented due to force majeure, In case of return of defective product, and provided that it has been previously received and checked This will be replaced by the Company with a similar product, otherwise in case the customer does not want a replacement, the money will be refunded to the customer, in the way he paid the value. In particular, in case of debit by credit card, the Company will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any transaction provided under the contract it has drawn up with the customer. Following this information, the Company does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the above contract. In the case of payment in cash, if the customer had chosen the option of “receipt from the store”, it will be refunded to him from the Company’s store. In case of payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer will be made from the Bank account of the Company to that of the customer. The return of both the product and the price will be done within fourteen (14) working days at the latest. In case the product is returned damaged or incomplete to the Company, it has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the returned product and may proceed unilaterally and without any other total or partial set-off. its claim against the customer.<\/li>\n
  4. Due to withdrawal – Return of non-defective product.<\/strong> The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to him, which (withdrawal) takes place under the following conditions:\n

The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing by registered letter (to the Company under the name “NOESIS COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT SOLE SHAREHOLDER PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY” with headquarters in the 6th km of Thessaloniki – TH. to the mail declared on the website of its online store and the Company is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement, as soon as it arrives at it.<\/li>\n
    2. This withdrawal is unjustified and takes place at no charge. If the product has already been delivered, the customer must return it exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition. In this case the return of the product is accepted by the Company, only if first the buyer has paid any amount charged to the Company for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.<\/li>\n
    3. Shipping costs are not refundable, if the customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Company.<\/li>\n
    4. Following the withdrawal statement, the customer is obliged to return the product within 14 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal and the Company is obliged to return the price received within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.<\/li>\n
    5. Product that is returned with a carrier of the customer’s choice and not with an external transport partner of the Company, is returned at the risk of the customer. The customer bears the return costs and any impairment of the value of the product, for the determination of which the Company expressly reserves until the receipt of the returned product.<\/li>\n
    6. The refund to the customer will be made in the same way and manner in which the initial collection was made. In particular, in case of debit by credit card, the Company will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any transaction provided under the contract it has drawn up with the customer. Following this information, the Company does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the above contract.     7. The customer is responsible to compensate the Company, if he made use other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal. The determination of the nature, characteristics and function of the goods should be made based on the information provided on the outer packaging of each product, as well as the additional information provided by the Company and in any case without opening the packaging of the products and putting in operation the good. The company is willing to inform the customer of any questions about the nature and operation of the products by providing additional information material electronically or otherwise. In case of opening the packaging or putting the products into operation, their value is automatically reduced as the product is characterized as used and the customer must compensate the Company for reducing the value of the product. The reduction of the value from the opening of the package and consequently from the characterization of the product as used is examined on a case by case basis and is determined by the company and is usually in the range of 20% – 30%. The Company is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation even with mutual set-off.<\/li>\n
    8. In case the product is returned damaged or incomplete to the Company, it has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the returned product and may proceed unilaterally and without any other total or partial set-off. its claim against the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
      \n<\/strong>There is no retreat in the following cases :<\/p>\n
        \n
      1. In products which are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.<\/li>\n
      2. On sale of sealed audio recordings or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, which were unsealed after delivery.<\/li>\n
      3. In the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if the execution started with the previous explicit consent of the consumer and the confirmation on his part that he thus loses the right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n

The warranty form always includes the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the warranty relates, its exact contents, its duration, its local validity, and the rights provided by the applicable law.
